Terms and Conditions of Warranty
We provide 12 months hardware warranty with return to base repair on the
unit. We also provide 30 days installation support for the reseller of the
unit and free email support for the lifetime of the product.
For 15% of the RRP of the unit per year, the customer can purchase extended
support/warranty. Extended support will include phone support for two incidents
and a pre-shipped replacement unit whenever a hardware fault is experienced.
Phone without an extended support/warranty, outside 30 days, will incur a
cost per incident. The extended support/warranty also extends the hardware
warranty, up to a maximum of five years.
